To become a wholesale customer, simply fill out our registration form with your business information, including your business license and tax ID. Our team will verify your business within 24-48 hours and provide you with access to wholesale pricing and exclusive products. There's no registration fee.

We accept bank transfer, credit/debit card, and PayPal for wholesale orders. Standard payment is upfront. For recurring clients with good history, custom terms may be discussed with our sales team. No credit lines are offered by default.  

We don’t offer classic dropshipping. At MSY, we operate on a B2B wholesale model with a minimum order of €150.

We ship across Europe and internationally. Delivery times vary by destination and order size — typically 2–5 working days within the EU. For large orders or custom logistics, our team will provide a tailored estimate.

Pick-up from our Belgium warehouse is also available. 

Yes, you can request product samples. At MSY, the minimum order is €150, but you're free to choose a mix of different products to reach that amount. This allows you to test various items before committing to a larger restock.

Yes, as long as they are available, you’re welcome to use our product images and descriptions. We provide high-quality photos, specifications, and marketing text. Once registered, wholesale clients get access to our media resources, including catalogs, seasonal promotions, and product content.

At MSY Invest, we handle returns and exchanges only for defective or incorrect items. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the goods, with photos and your order reference.
